In March of 2016 Mr. Logvinov joined IoTecha Corporation as a co-founder, President, and CEO. Prior to joining IoTecha Mr. Logvinov was a Director of Special Assignments in STMicroelectronics’ Industrial & Power Conversion Division where he was deeply engaged in market and technology development activities in the area of Industrial IoT including the applications of IEEE 1901 powerline communication technology in harsh environments of industrial IoT. During the last 25 years Mr. Logvinov has held various senior technical and executive management positions in the telecommunications and semiconductor industry. After graduating from the Technical University of Ukraine (KPI) with the equivalent of a Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Mr. Logvinov began his carrier as a senior researcher at the R&D Laboratory of the Ukraine Department of Energy at the KPI.
Director, New Initiatives, IEEE Standards Association
Rudi Schubert is the Director, New Initiatives for the IEEE Standards Association, with leadership responsibilities for the IEEE Conformity Assessment Program and the IEEE Industry Connections program. Prior to joining the IEEE-SA, he was a Principal Engineer with EnerNex Corporation, and a program manager for the Smart Grid Interoperability Panel (SGIP) with a focus on its testing and certification initiatives. Rudi has a 20+ year record of leading, developing and implementing industry standards and testing programs, assuring expectations for functional performance, compatibility, product robustness and safety are achieved. He is recognized as a technical expert and industry thought leader on conformance and interoperability programs.
Strategic Technology Program Director, IEEE Standards Association
Bill Ash is the Strategic Technology Program Director for IEEE-SA. He received his BSEE from Rutgers University School of the Engineering. His background is in the RF industry, as he worked as applications engineer on wireless communications systems. Bill has been with the IEEE Standards Association (IEEE-SA) for over 12 years working with standards development groups covering technologies such as RF emissions, distributive generation and the National Electrical Safety Code®. He is currently leading the eHealth, smart grid, and smart cities initiatives for the IEEE-SA.

Sam Sciacca Senior Director of Technical Program Operations at IEEE Standards Association (IEEE-SA). Prior to joining IEEE, founded Automation Technologies and Services, a multinational firm working in electric utility automation and control. He went on to become CEO of SCS Consulting LLC. He is a registered professional engineer with more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of electric utility operations, both domestic and international. He is past Board member of the IEEE-SA, and serves as the IEEE-SA representative to the International Electrotechnical Commission. Mr. Sciacca is a frequent speaker and presenter at conferences and proceedings around the world, specializing in Smart Grid and Cyber Security, including China, India, Korea, Japan, Europe, North and South America. He also served as an advisor for companies seeking to develop international markets for electric utility products and services. He has also served as an IEEE-SA Working Group Chair and volunteer on multiple efforts in areas of cyber security, communications and automation for electric grid operations.
