Share your Smart City story.
Help us celebrate 2017 World Standards Day by submitting a short (15-60 seconds) video that explores how standards are helping to create the smart city of today and tomorrow. Based on the submissions, IEEE Standards Association (IEEE-SA) will select up to three videos to receive a prize valued up to USD $500.
Each entrant must complete the contest submission form.
Submissions must include self-identification, including a legitimate email address and legal name.
Videos should be between 15-60 seconds and include references to standards related to Smart Cities. E.g., think about a problem in your city (pollution, traffic, energy shortages, etc.,) and give a shout out to a standard!
WHAT’S A STANDARD? Standards are published documents that establish specifications and procedures designed to maximize the reliability of the materials, products, methods, and/or services people use every day.
